Job Description:

This position will have the overall accountability to: |
|
• Ensure that Production shift Incharge has experience in Blow moulding machines (like Uniloy, Bestar, Tongda, Jagmohan, IBM Victor & CMP machines).Be the dedicated formulation expert. |
- Machine process set-up, minimize rejection/wastage and max. Capacity utilization of machines.
|
• Hourly production monitoring based on cycle time & achieve Production Target. |
- Hourly rejection monitoring & minimize rejection daily basis. Record the rejection.
|
• Shift charge is responsible for production quality rejection |
|
• Ensure that pinch-off / damage grinding material is being used on-line production. • Ensure that you have been verified Shift RM accountability after complete the shift. • Make sure all the machine productions are packing online & the output must match with the physical count • Weekly Raw material reconciliation & shift In charge is answerable for any difference |
Ensure that Shop floor is well organized based on 5’S management system.
