Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Support the GFC in the smooth running of review forums which will include agenda preparation, minutes preparations of discussions, track closure of open items and follow through them
- Ensure through review of documents coming into GFC office for comprehensiveness and accuracy.
- Support GFC in Finance Business Partner activities e.g analysis of new opportunities such M & A, payback and cash-flow analysis for new business opportunities and capital expenditure program.
- Support the GFC in preparation for performance review meeting with Businesses
- Support the GFC in driving continuous improvement activities
- Participate in the Consolidation of Accounts with more than 150 entities and dealing with the Statutory Auditors
- Exposure to Consolidation of Accounts with multi-level companies
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, particularly Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of working in SAP environment
- Exposure to Business Restructuring, Direct Taxation
