Job Description:
- FSA Engineer for multiple projects of execution starting from Safety Studies scoping in Bid Engineering, RFQ ,Post Contract basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Follow on Engineering / FSA Close out / FSA related Final Project Documentation.
- Some critical safety Studies are required to be conducted in house.
- FSA Engineer shall be the focal point of all FSA & Formal Design reviews of the Project.
- Project design tasks, including risk assessments (HAZID, ENVID,HAZOP, CHAZOP, LOPA, SIL, ALARP, QRA, EERA, FERA etc.).
- Development, identification, and management of Safety critical elements, MAH, Performance Standards, Technical Safety Design Basis, inputs to HSE Plan and development and review of various Technical Safety deliverables.
- Ability to carry out Safety Studies like QRA,EERA,ESSA, SCE-PS, Safety Case in house.
- Management of formal Safety action items.
- Ensuring Preliminary Design Accidental Load are not exceeded.
- Establish Design Integrity and Safeguard it during Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities.
- Follow CLASS, SOLAS and Standards, Codes and rules.
- Provide technical advice on issues resulting from the management of change processes through independent assessment of the risks/opportunities afforded by proposed changes.
- Review & verify design philosophies, within Design, within discipline, participation in HAZIDs, HAZOPs and SIL assessments and ensure follow up and closure of associated actions.
13. Expert proficiency in FLARESIM for Flare/vent Stack design .
