Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Review of Tenders including preparation of PTP, PTR and Risk Assessment.
  • Preparation/Providing of POA, Board Resolution, various Undertakings, EMD etc. PQ Documents for Bidding.
  • Responsible for Checking/Verification of Contract Agreements, Letter of Intent, Work Orders of Clients & major Vendors before sign off.
  • Keeping track of Document submission required as per Contract such as Bank Guarantees, CAR Policy, PMV Insurance, WC Policy etc.
  • Keeping track of important Contractual correspondence in respect of Delays, Variations, payments, extra items etc.
  • Checking and advising the Site Team on preparation of EOT Applications, Compensation claims and it’s pursual.
  • Responsible for smooth closure of Contract including Final bills, Warantees, Handing Over Documentation, obtaining Virtual Completion Certificate etc.
  • In case of Arbitration/Litigation matters, to provide necessary support to HO Contracts Team by making available required documents.
  • Responsible for co-ordination/Interface for Contractual issues between Execution Team & HO Contracts.
  • Responsible for carrying out periodic Risk Assessment cycles.
  • Responsible for giving Training of Contract Administration to Site teams
