Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Installation, commissioning and maintenance of AV/ Data products/Video Conferencing system
  • Train customers on applications
  • Act as an information channel between customer and organization
  • Co-ordinate with vendors
  • Seek technical support from NISC as and when required to provide maximum uptime of the equipment to customers
  • Carrying out preventive maintenance of the system
