Job Description:

Responsibilities
* Handling End to End Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating from junior to senior level positions.
* Responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific client's requirements.
* Develop creative way to attract the right people who would be interested in the opportunity.
* Scheduling and coordinating interview of candidates until closure.
* Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates for further consideration.
* Drive high quality selection and positive candidate/client experience in assigned practices.
* Maintain and develop reports.

Qualifications
* 0 to 5 years of progressive Recruiting across levels.
* Graduation is a must, Masters a plus. HR specialization a plus.
* Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking skills.
* Excellent verbal communication, presentation and writing skills.
* High degree of initiative; must be able to work independently and be a self-starter as well as a strong team player.
* Sense of urgency and business orientation combined with customer service skills.
* Ability to come across confident, credible, and articulate to senior leaders.
